Buenpuesto is a payroll, recruiting & human resources company for small and medium businesses in Latin America. As part of the brand strategy, the focus was to help the brand switch from a traditional B2B service-based company to a product-based model that would allow clients to have access to their data 24/7 and make the work of the account managers more efficient. As their temporary in-house design team, we worked on their new brand strategy, redesigned their visual identity and designed and developed their internal and customer facing interfaces.

The team used to rely solely on spreadsheets for their workflow, but found that this system was not as efficient or secure as they needed it to be. One of our key goals in designing a new platform was to ensure that the team could create a more streamlined and secure workflow that not only minimized the risk of data loss, but also increased their productivity. Our new platform offers a number of features that help to achieve these goals, such as real-time collaboration tools, automated data backups, and advanced security protocols. With these features in place, the team is now able to work more efficiently and effectively, without worrying about the potential risks associated with their previous system.

Buenpuesto goes global

The platform was a success, and just one year after its creation, Buenpuesto got an offer that they couldn’t refuse by an international firm. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the Buenpuesto team, and we were thrilled to have played a part in their success.
