You’ve been swamped with things like developing innovative products to revolutionize your industry. (No biggie, right?). Naturally, you haven’t had the time, energy, or manpower to update your designs along the way.
And that’s been fine-ish … UNTIL NOW.
If you want an expert to do the big, strategic design thinking for your business.
If you want someone who can quickly adapt to your changing business needs.
If you want your brand, website and app to look more professional and less DIY.
If you want to attract all-in, “Where do I sign up?” investors and customers.
OUR CAPABILITIES
01.
Whether you need to create a prototype to impress potential investors, design your startup's MVP, or create a new feature to help your business move the needle, buying a template or DIYing things won't cut it. You want to become the next unicorn startup in your industry, and you know that having a flawless user experience is a big part of achieving that goal. You want to make your investors feel like they made the right investment, and you want an app that is one step (or more) ahead of what users want and need, as if it reads their minds.
That's where we come in. Our approach is people-centered, by people for people. We don't just design to solve problems; we design to better understand them. Our rule of thumb is to create solutions that consider your users' needs, your brand positioning, and your business requirements.
We like to start our process with a kick-off strategy call to ensure that we are all on the same page. This is an opportunity for you to provide us with all your requirements, concerns, and any user insights you may have. If extra research or testing is needed, no worries, we can support you with that as well.
Once we have all the necessary information, we start ideating, sketching, and designing. We work pretty well independently, but we'll share our progress constantly to get your input on time.
When everything is approved and wrapped up, we hand off the work to you and your team. We present the work on a call or through a Loom video where we explain all the design decisions.
We understand that UX/UI design requires flexibility, which is why our way of working is structured that way. Check out our How we work section to see how we can collaborate together.
As UX/UI experts, we offer a range of design services to meet your project's needs, within your timeline and budget. Here are some of the services we provide to our clients:
We typically work in 2-week sprints, although the number of sprints required varies by project. To determine the best and most realistic timeline for your project, you can book a free discovery call where we can evaluate your needs and provide an estimate.
02.
To run a successful business, it's essential to have a strong online presence. Your "digital home" should be designed not only to look visually appealing, but also to guide your visitors through an intentional journey of getting to know your brand, liking your brand, and ultimately buying from your brand.
Every website or e-commerce store includes UI (user interface) and UX (user experience), which incorporates strategy, behavioural psychology, and design thinking to make your site work harder for you.
If you already have a website, we can redesign it and integrate additional features or even e-commerce capabilities to add a new dimension to your brand. Please note that we only work with Webflow and Shopify platforms.
We are typically hired for:
The timeline for your project will depend on its scope. Typically, a standard business website takes 10 weeks to complete, while an e-commerce site takes 14 weeks. Note that we plan our work in 2-week sprints to give our clients flexibility. This means that if you need us to work on a landing page that will require multiple iterations, our work structure allows for that flexibility.
To evaluate your needs and estimate the best and most realistic timeline for your project, you can schedule a free discovery call with us.

Want a brand that feels so perfectly aligned to your business while resonating with your ideal customers? Our Brand Design process includes brand strategy, visual identity design, packaging and/or collateral design, and brand guidelines to set the foundation for your business.
We uncover everything (really, everything) about your brand, your goals, your audience, and the experience you want to create. Then we design the initial concepts to define the creative direction that it’s more aligned to your brand. With this, we designed and defined all the elements of your visual identity: logos, submarks, colour palette, typography selection and pairing, iconography, and more.
Depending on your timeline and how much in depth you want to go, we estimate a set a timeline and list of deliverables, but typically it includes:
A brand design project typically takes 8 to 10 weeks. We plan the work in 2-week sprints to give our clients flexibility. That means if you need to run the designs by key stakeholders and require extra rounds of revisions, we can easily add extra sprints if needed.
To get started, you can book a free discovery call. During this call, we can evaluate your needs and estimate the best and most realistic timeline for your project.
We've got you covered!
Our services are designed to be fast, efficient, and flexible, so we can meet your needs.
No matter which service you choose, we’ll roll out the red carpet for you with our three stage, signature process.
Before we dive into design, we *always* start with strategic planning and ideation. This is how we kick-off the project, to ensure you and us are on the same page. It’s what separates an intentional, money-making project from one that’s created on a whim and flops with your audience.
This is when we put our hair up, grab our super-strong coffee, and get to work! We immerse ourselves in the design and development until it makes sense, looks just right AND ticks all of our strategic boxes.
And don’t worry, we’ll review our progress with you to get your input constantly and on time.
Finally, the moment you've been waiting for! The project is now ready to be launched or handed off to your developers. In this final step, we ensure that you are set up for success by providing a wrap-up call and walkthrough videos that you and your team can rewatch as guides.
Technically, yes. You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of a sprint. After that, you will be billed at the end of each sprint (every two weeks) until the project is completed. If you are unfamiliar with the term "sprint" or want to learn more about how we work in 2-week cycles, please check out our How we work section.
The short answer is yes, but we will need to evaluate the wireframes before committing to the project. If we find that the low-fidelity wireframes require additional work or that the user experience is not quite there yet, we will let you know and estimate extra time in the project's timeline.
The short answer is yes. However, since we'll need more than just a logo to define the style of your brand and, consequently, your site, we may need to spend extra time on your site's creative direction.
Technically, yes, we can do user research or user testing on its own. However, we prefer to work on projects that include hands-on design work. In situations where you only need research or testing, we recommend hiring us as consultants to help plan the work and train your in-house designer to execute the research or testing.
We will use Slack for short messages, Zoom for video calls, and Figma for design feedback. Additionally, we will send you a weekly report to update you on the project's progress.
